You’ve been searching for something that goes deeper.
You’ve found it.

Hi, I’m Tiffany.

About me

I'm a therapist who believes deeply in your natural ability to heal, because I've experienced it myself. EMDR, Brainspotting, Internal Family Systems and somatic work have each been powerful parts of my own journey, helping me slow down, tune in, and show up more fully for myself and for the people I love.

That personal experience sits at the heart of how I work. Over time it drew me toward depth psychology, toward the deeper questions that surface once the acute pain begins to settle. Who am I becoming? What does my life want to mean? I believe therapy at its fullest doesn't just help us heal. It helps us become more wholly ourselves. Soul, not just self.

I have a specific interest in mindfulness, meditation, and the mind-body connection, a passion that took me all the way to Sri Lanka and India, where I spent three months volunteering in mental health settings and studying how Eastern modalities can complement modern therapeutic approaches. I am currently completing an Applied Polyvagal Theory in Therapeutic Yoga Certification, focusing on breath, movement, and awareness practices that build the foundation of a life-changing daily practice.

Beyond the therapy room, I have co-facilitated DBT group therapy programs, counselled on the Gambling Helpline and the Alcohol and Drug Information Service, volunteered at Lifeline, tutored at the University of South Australia, worked at Calvary Hospital, and been a guest on The Hook Up on Triple J, talking about everything from self-injury in relationships to navigating the children conversation when dating.

I'm also a mum, and motherhood has given me a deeper empathy and a richer understanding of life's transitions, the messy, beautiful, sometimes overwhelming moments that come with growth and change.

If something here resonates with you, I'd love the opportunity to walk alongside you on your journey.

My Approach to therapy

My work is deeply relational and body-informed. I believe that so much of what we carry lives not just in our minds but in our bodies, and that real healing happens when we learn to listen to both. Together, we'll create space to pause, get curious, and explore what's really going on beneath the surface.

I draw on EMDR, Brainspotting, Internal Family Systems, somatic techniques and depth psychology to help you gently work through life's experiences. Not by pushing through them, but by moving with them. For some this means processing what the nervous system has been holding. For others it means going deeper still, into the questions of meaning, identity and soul that emerge once the acute pain begins to settle. Wherever you are in that journey, there is a place for you here.

As we work together, you'll start to notice patterns, reconnect with yourself, and begin to let go of what's been weighing you down.

I show up with genuine warmth and care, but also with honesty. Therapy with me isn't always soft and gentle. I'll ask the questions that matter, reflect back what I see, and when the time is right, I'll compassionately challenge you and hold you accountable. Because you deserve more than someone who just nods along. You deserve someone who is truly in it with you.

I also love to recommend books, podcasts, apps and audiobooks for those who want to deepen their work between sessions, because growth doesn't have to stop when you leave the room.

Together, we create a space where it's safe to go to the hard and tender places, and where real, lasting change becomes possible. The work you do here has the power to change everything.

My Values

Compassion

To be truly seen by another person, without judgement, without agenda, is rarer than it should be. In this space, whatever you bring: the grief, the anger, the parts of yourself you’ve kept hidden longest, will be met with steadiness and care.

Collaboration

The people who have helped us the most in life are rarely those who had all the answers. They are the ones who stayed curious about us, who asked the right questions at the right moment, and who made us feel that our own instincts were worth trusting. That is the kind of relationship we build here. You bring the knowledge of your own life. I bring the tools and the training. Together we find the way forward.

Integrity

Good therapy requires honesty, sometimes uncomfortable honesty. That means I will not simply reflect back what you want to hear. With warmth, and always in service of your growth, I will name what I notice. The truth, offered carefully, is one of the most generous things one person can give another.

Neurodiversity Affirming

There is no single correct way to have a mind. Whether you are navigating ADHD, Autism or a nervous system shaped by trauma, this practice begins from the belief that difference is not deficit. We work with how you are wired - not against it.

Therapy with me may be right for you if…

You have done the work. You have read the books, listened to the podcasts, tried the strategies, and still feel stuck in the same patterns.

You have sat across from therapists before and left each session feeling, quietly, that you were only ever talking around the thing rather than through it.

You have a sense that what you are carrying lives somewhere in your body, not just your thoughts, and you want to work with someone who understands that.

You are ready, perhaps for the first time, to do something that feels genuinely different.

You have done enough healing to know that something deeper is calling. The acute pain has settled but a quieter question remains. Who are you becoming? What does your life want to mean? You are ready to go beyond recovery and into something that feels like a life truly lived.
